Defense Medical Examination Referrals
A V/G Associates Nurse Consultant can assist in determining the
appropriate medical specialist required for effective assessment and opinions. If
desired, our office can coordinate all aspects of scheduling an examination. A V/G
Associates Nurse Consultant will provide the following services:
- Schedule an examination to be performed at a physician consultant's office.
- Summarize complex files and pose specific questions.
- Provide prompt reports for the client's files.
Expert Referrals
- V/G Associates will determine and suggest the appropriate expert to review the case,
render opinions and testify.
- V/G Associates will provide the expert's curriculum vitae and fee schedules to the
adjuster or defense counsel for approval.
- V/G Associates are not liable for the expert's testimony or opinions.
